Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
2. Steps we take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate.
- All interactive elements reachable by keyboard alone (Tab / Enter / Esc).
- Visible focus rings on every interactive element.
- Colour contrast meeting 4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and UI elements.
- Form labels associated with inputs; error messages announced to screen readers.
- Images carry meaningful alt text; decorative images carry empty alt.
- Respect for prefers-reduced-motion (splash and other animations stop).
- Respect for prefers-color-scheme (dark mode supported).
3. Known limitations
- Third-party PDF resumes may not be fully accessible.
- Some legacy assessment runners may not yet support keyboard-only navigation; we are migrating them.
