ey Responsibilities LLM / Generative AI Assist in developing and testing applications powered by Large Language Models. Work on Prompt Engineering and optimization of AI prompts. Assist in developing AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants. Support the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. Explore and work with LLM APIs and Generative AI tools. Assist with document processing, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases. Test and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance. Identify hallucinations, errors, and areas for improving AI responses. Research emerging technologies in Generative AI and LLMs. Assist in integrating AI features into web-based applications. LMS / Learning Technology Assist in configuring and managing Learning Management System platforms. Create and manage courses, users, learner groups, assessments, and learning programs. Upload and organize digital learning content. Assist in creating quizzes, assignments, assessments, and certification workflows. Support learner enrollment and course-completion tracking. Generate LMS reports and basic learning analytics. Perform functional testing of LMS features and workflows. Identify, document, and report system issues. Assist with LMS API and third-party integrations. Support improvements to learner experience and platform usability. Prepare user guides and technical documentation. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Python or any programming language. Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Interest in Generative AI and LLM technologies. Basic understanding of web applications and databases. Basic knowledge of APIs and JSON. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Strong willingness to learn new technologies. Good to Have Knowledge of OpenAI or other LLM APIs. Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering and RAG. Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or web development. Familiarity with Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, or other LMS platforms. Basic knowledge of SCORM or other e-learning standards. Knowledge of SQL/databases. Familiarity with Git/GitHub. Academic or personal projects related to AI, ML, LMS, or EdTech.
